Tracking system for 60 engineers
Integan is a network and cable communications company operating in the province of Antwerp. Not less than 98 technicians provide installation, repair and maintenance of (digital) TV, radio, internet, telephony and data communication.
Integan used an outdated track & trace system which was not sufficiently flexible to be integrated with the new IT infrastructure (ERP Microsoft Dynamics). Integan decided to provide all field engineers with a solution tailored to the needs of the company. Integan particularly searched a secure and reliable tracking tool, offering Navigation and the possibility to be integrated with their field service planning tool based on Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics).

Solution
Suivo Telematics
Integan’s service fleet vans are equipped with a solid black box and the drivers received a GPS navigation device in a fix casing on the dashboards. The dispatching team plans jobs in MS Dynamics and sends them through the Suivo platform. The technician receives its job on the navigation device and only clicks on ‘GO’ to start navigation.
