Productivity anno 2018
When I talk about productivity, I talk about solutions and tools that can help us to create an environment that is in line with our DNA and our culture. As a company, we focus on the following values:
- Transparent and open communication
- Knowledge is power
- Innovate and constantly improve
- Continual self-improvement
- Work as a team
- Having fun
For some of those values, tools are important. Let me guide you through our current landscape of tools.
We’re probably not the only company that heavily relies on Slack for our communication. For those who do not know Slack:
Slack is a place where your team comes together to collaborate, important information can be found by the right people, and your tools pipe in information when and where you need it.

We recently moved to a paying plan of Slack giving us full search of our messages and that extra file sharing storage 😉
It’s just an awesome tool with lots of integrations. We use Crisp on our website for communication (like Intercom but, … better? 🙊) so every Crisp message gets to a dedicated Slack channel where we can easily reply by whoever is available. But it’s also an easy way to share what’s happening on the WWW, as you can see …
